CUSTOMS OR DUTIES CHARGES
If you are shipping internationally and your package will be going through customs inspections, please:
- mark all paperwork to indicate that all customs and duties charges will be the responsibility and payable by the sender, you, and not our company.
- State that items as being sent for repair only, with no
purchase or manufacture made.
If you do not do this, you may be charged duty fees for buying/selling items internationally. We may not get the bill from the shipper for additional duties charges until your package has already been completed and returned to you. If this occurs, your credit card info given for payment will be used to clear up any charges we do receive after the job is completed, and you will be notified of the charge via email.
Work will not commence on your items unless we have received the following signed and dated forms:
